Southwest Environmental Finance Center staffer gives talk at Cornell University

A project director for the Southwest Environmental Finance Center at UNM gave a talk recently at Cornell University.
On Feb. 14, joni m palmer spoke as part of the Perspectives in Global Development Seminar Series. Her talk was titled “A Square Peg in a Round Hole: Transcending Disciplines to Develop and Finance Green Stormwater Infrastructure.”
